¡Ø Dr. Margaret Mills has been a managing editor with the American Chemical Society since 2019, overseeing the direction and strategy of the ES&T journals ES&T, ACS ES&T EngineeringACS ES&T WaterACS ES&T Air, and ES&T Letters.  She worked previously as an environmental chemist and environmental fate risk assessor for over 12 years in the pesticide industry for Syngenta and Corteva (formerly Dow), and for 5 years as an analytical and environmental chemist with the US Geological Survey researching the metabolism and fate of pesticides in soil, groundwater and surface water, and rainwater.
